There were 974 acres of sold land in Ohio recorded in April through the Lands of America sales program. Adams County saw the most land sales recently in the state. In terms of size, Ohio is the country's 34th-largest state, covering an area of 44,828 square miles (29 million acres). Game species to be found on land for sale in Ohio include whitetail deer, turkey, dove, pheasant, mule deer, quail, and grouse. Fishermen have their pick of bass.
